Reservations

All guests must have a card on file to reserve an appointment. This allows us to operate efficiently and serves guests who are committed to our services. Your card information will be stored on a secure platform and will only be charged on the day of service if you prefer, or in the case of a no‑show or a cancellation made less than 48 hours before the appointment. We truly appreciate your interest in our offerings and look forward to meeting all of your beauty needs.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is straightforward: we require a 48-hour notice to cancel any reservation. If this notice is not given, a cancellation fee of $25–$50 will be charged to the card on file, depending on the services reserved. We understand that life happens, but without notice we have no opportunity to rebook that appointment for another guest. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation fees:

  • Chemical services, full lash sets, facials, extensions: $50

  • Haircuts, lash fills, tanning, makeup, waxing: $25
